Ligar Amaliahrasa

Ligar Amaliahrasa is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in hygiene management and food and beverage operations. Currently serving as the Hygiene Manager at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia since August 2022, Ligar previously held the role of Hygiene Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from January 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included establishing new HACCP SOPs and leading sustainability projects. Ligar also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta from August 2010 to April 2022, providing administrative support to the Executive Chef and ensuring smooth operations across food and beverage departments.
