Noersafa Karim

Noersafa Karim is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia since April 2018. Noersafa's prior roles include Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Pullman Hotels & Resorts and various positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, including Restaurant Manager and Sommelier. Additional experience encompasses bartending positions at prominent establishments such as the One & Only Royal Mirage in Dubai and Intercontinental Hotel. Noersafa holds a Diploma III in Hotel Operation from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Trisakti, completed between 1996 and 1999.
