Matt Forge has extensive experience in healthcare administration, with their most recent role being Chief Executive Officer at Pullman Regional Hospital since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as Chief Executive Officer at Osceola Medical Center from February 2019 to July 2022. Matt also held the position of Chief Administrative Officer at Essentia Health from March 2015 to February 2019. Their early career includes roles at St. Luke's Health System Boise, ID, where they worked as a Practice Manager and Administrative Fellow in various capacities from June 2011 to March 2015.
Matt Forge obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Management from the University of Idaho, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Minnesota from 2009 to 2011, completing a Master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA).
