Steve Febus, MBA, has over 30 years of financial management experience in an acute healthcare setting. Steve started their career in 1988 as the Director of Patient Financial Services/Interim CFO/Chief Accountant at Pullman Memorial Hospital. In this role, they managed all aspects of billing and financial records, account receivables, admissions, fiscal services, and medical records. Steve also took on special projects and implemented innovative solutions to achieve key objectives. In 1994, Steve joined Palouse Coorerative Health Services, Inc as the Regional Assistant CFO/Regional Controller. Here, they analyzed the merging of two healthcare systems for cost savings and increased efficiency. Steve provided recommendations to streamline processes, minimize redundancies, and reduce costs. Steve joined Pullman Regional Hospital in 1996 as the Chief Financial Officer.
