Ellie Lee

Ellie Lee is a Food Scientist and Regulatory Labeling Assistant at Pulmuone Foods USA, Inc., with experience in the food industry since May 2017. Prior to this role, Ellie worked as a Research Assistant at UC Irvine from June 2015 to December 2016 and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Sangji University from March 2011 to November 2013, focusing on enhancing the performance of Vanadium Redox Flow batteries through innovative material applications. Ellie holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from UC Irvine (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Engineering in New Energy Mining Engineering from Sangji University (2008-2013).
