Alan Wake

Alan Wake is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems engineering. Currently serving as Team Leader for the Technical Resolver Group and Senior Systems Engineer at Pulsant since July 2024, Alan previously held roles as a Technical Support Engineer at Pulsant from June 2016 to March 2023 and at Knowledge IT from November 2006 to March 2023. Earlier career positions include IT Service Desk at Siemens Durham and Business Systems Analyst at Unipart Automotive. Alan holds a BSc (Hons) in Banking & Finance from Loughborough University, completed from 1986 to 1989, and attended Brynteg Comprehensive School from 1977 to 1985.
