Andy Watson

Andy Watson has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles in the IT and service delivery industry. Andy currently holds the position of Director of Client Services at Pulsant since June 2023. Prior to that, from February 2020 to June 2023, they worked as the Global Service Centre Manager at Cubic Transportation Systems. From November 2016 to June 2023, they served as the Director at ALH IT Services Ltd. Before that, at Atom bank, they worked in dual roles as Lead Service Manager - Transition from May 2019 to February 2020 and as IT Vendor Manager from October 2018 to April 2019.

In the earlier years of their career, Andy worked at Daisy Group as the Service Delivery Lead - Retail & PSN from September 2015 to November 2016, and as the Duty Service and Problem Manager from April 2012 to August 2015. Andy also had a role at HP Enterprise Services as the Problem Management Lead from January 2009 to April 2012 and worked as a Service Desk Manager at EDS from 2007 to 2009.

Andy Watson attended the University of Brighton from 1988 to 1992. Andy obtained a degree in an unspecified field of study. Andy also holds a certification in ITIL V3.
