Jan Serumgard

Jan Serumgard, CCP has a diverse work experience in human resources and communications. Jan started their career in 2006 as the Director of Communications and Church Resources at ChristLife Church/PURELife Builders, where they improved various communication channels and streamlined office functions. Jan then worked as a Communications and Business Operations Consultant at Healing Heart Counseling before becoming a Human Resources Manager at Technomark, Inc. In this role, they implemented a new payroll system and ensured legal compliance. Jan also worked as an Independent Contractor and a Human Resources and Communications Manager at MetroHope Ministries. In recent years, Jan has served as a Human Resources Consultant at Sabes Jewish Community Center, Tolomatic, Inc., and Go Next, Inc. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Pulse.

Additionally, Jan has a BA degree from the University of Minnesota, where they double majored in Psychology and Speech Communications (Organizational), with a minor in Religious Studies.
