Sean Dibb

Sean Dibb, BEng (Hons), IEng MIET, CMgr MCMI, serves as the Associate Director at Pulse Consult since September 2023. Previously, Sean held the position of Senior Project Manager within HM Forces (Army) Corps of Royal Engineers from September 2013 to July 2023, overseeing a team of 25 engineers and project managers in delivering the Future Defence Infrastructure and managing facilities and safe system training. Additional roles included Senior Estates Facilities Manager, where Sean managed an Overseas Procurement Contract for approximately 3,500 active assets, and Project Manager, responsible for providing critical infrastructure solutions to the Ministry of Defence and other governmental organizations. Sean’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Engineering Management from the University of Staffordshire and a degree in Construction Management from the University of Greenwich.
