Simon Cardwell

Simon Cardwell is an experienced Senior Consultant at Pulse Consult, specializing in Project Management, Commercial Management, Employers Agent, and Quantity Surveying for major infrastructure and civils projects since September 2015. Prior to this role, Simon served as a Senior Project Manager and Commercial Manager at Faithful+Gould, providing management and quantity surveying services on various industry projects, including overseeing NHS LIFT schemes. Simon also worked as a Civils Project Manager for Nestle S.A., managing a £325 million coffee factory project. Simon holds degrees in Quantity Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University and Industrial Management from Nottingham Trent University, along with an accreditation as an NEC4 Project Manager from the Institute of Chartered Engineers.
