Jonathan Dippold is an accomplished professional with a strong background in customer success and technical account management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Pulse Insights since March 2022, Jonathan conducts regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to align product offerings with customer goals while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
