Kimberly Rath

Kimberly Rath, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at PulteGroup since August 2021. Prior to this role, Kimberly held various positions at Slalom, including Regional HR Director and HR Business Partner from October 2014 to August 2021. Kimberly's experience in human resources also includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Apple Retail from January 2013 to October 2014 and at Starbucks Coffee Company from March 2006 to January 2013. Earlier career roles involved working as a Human Resources Generalist at Security Associates International and as a Human Resources Generalist/Trainer at Doubletree Hotel @ Universal Orlando in 2004. Kimberly graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from East Carolina University in 1999.
