Joshua Calderon

Joshua Calderon has a diverse background in business analysis, loan servicing, and training, with significant experience in the mortgage and energy sectors. Currently serving as an ISD Servicing Specialist and ISD Business Analyst II at Pulte Mortgage since December 2020, Joshua has contributed to MSP implementation and operational support. Prior experience includes a role as a Technical Business Analyst at Xcel Energy, during which employment was cut short due to Covid-19. Joshua spent nearly eleven years at Specialized Loan Servicing, where responsibilities ranged from business systems analysis and system implementation to loss mitigation and corporate training. Earlier positions include vault teller at Bellco Credit Union and management roles at Harman Management. Joshua holds two associate degrees in Business Administration and General Studies from Red Rocks Community College, along with an associate degree in Theology from Calvary Chapel Bible College.
