Rachel Stansfield

Rachel Stansfield, CFA, is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Since March 2020, Rachel has served as Head of Compliance & MLRO at Puma Capital Group, holding previous roles such as Deputy Head of Compliance in Asset Management. Prior to that, from September 2014 to March 2020, Rachel worked at Man Group, where responsibilities included overseeing investment risk compliance and serving as the Head of Compliance for Man Asset Management (Ireland) Limited. Rachel's career began at the Financial Conduct Authority, providing a solid foundation in enforcement and asset management supervision. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCL and a summer course in Financial Markets from the London School of Economics.
