Florian Schnau has a diverse work experience. Florian is currently serving as the Co-Founder & CXO at Pumpkin Organics GmbH, a start-up focused on revolutionizing the baby food market. Florian's role involves promoting healthier baby food options that are not overly sweet or high in sugar.

Prior to their current position, Florian worked as the CFO at Visable (formerly "Wer liefert was") from 2015 to 2018. Visable is a leading supplier search engine in Europe, employing over 300 individuals across Hamburg, Berlin, and Paris. Florian played a key role in leveraging AI technology to improve search results.

In 2009, Florian joined Paragon Partners as an Investment Director. Paragon is a renowned private equity firm with a portfolio of over EUR 1.2 billion. Florian collaborated closely with portfolio companies to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence until November 2015.

Florian gained valuable experience as an Associate at Lion Capital from 2006 to 2008.
