Stephen Pierce

Stephen Pierce has over 15 years of experience in product support and team leadership roles within the software and retail industries. Currently serving as Escalations Manager at Punchh since April 2019, Stephen has progressed through various positions including Senior Product Support Specialist and Product Support Specialist. Prior to Punchh, Stephen held the position of Team Lead for Multi Product Support at ECi Software Solutions and worked as a Dealer Advisor. Earlier in their career, Stephen managed operations at Bicycle Sport Shop from December 2006 to September 2014. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Music from the University of North Texas, obtained in 2001, and graduated with a High School Diploma from Eisenhower High School in 1995.
