Simon von Heimburg

Simon von Heimburg is an experienced professional in the field of mechatronics and digital transformation, currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at punker GmbH since August 2017. In this role, Simon leads strategic planning and implementation of digital initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance. Prior to this position, Simon was promoted from Development Engineer Mechatronics to Head of Electrical Engineering and Mechatronics, focusing on team and strategic development, manufacturing concepts, and project coordination. Simon's career began with a dual study program in mechatronics at Neue Jadewerft GmbH, complemented by an apprenticeship in the field. Simon holds a Master of Arts in General Management from NORDAKADEMIE Graduate School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from Jade Hochschule.
