Claire Thorogood is a Partner and our Director of Professional Services. She has 20 years' experience of working in the field of employment law in contentious and non-contentious work for organisations and individuals. She has developed a particular interest in discrimination and whistle-blowing acting on both sides of the divide.

Whilst she has a formidable track record in the Employment Tribunal, her value as a strategic partner in our clients' organisations is impressive. Her practical instincts and unflinching focus on her clients' needs is an asset to the workplace whether her input is needed for damage-limitation or to implement management decisions.
