Jon Beer

Jon Beer is the current Principal at Punter Southall Limited, a position they have held since January 2016. Prior to this, Jon worked as a Senior Consultant at Punter Southall from July 2013 to January 2016, specializing in Defined Contribution (DC) pension consultancy for UK employers. From June 2012 to June 2013, Jon was an Employee Benefits Adviser at Enrich Reward, where they provided employee benefits consultancy for UK businesses. In Q2 2013, Enrich Reward was acquired by Punter Southall. From October 2004 to May 2012, Jon worked as an Associate Director at Close Brothers Group PLC, where they provided pensions and other benefits advice to a range of corporate clients. Prior to that, Jon worked as a Consultant at Grant Thornton from January 2001 to December 2004.

They are on a team with Caroline Gaines - Principal, Richard Hawkins - Associate Director, and Alexandria Carr - Partner. Jon Beer reports to Jonathan Punter, Chief Executive.
