Bianca Ximenes

Bianca Ximenes, Ph.D., currently serves as Chief Data Officer at PUR since August 2023, where responsibilities include developing a data-centric roadmap and artificial intelligence strategy. Previously, Bianca was Head of Artificial Intelligence at Gupy, overseeing the growth of the AI department and significantly enhancing AI-driven recruitment processes. Past roles include consulting on digital transformation projects at Tecnora, technical project reviewing at Udacity, and project management at In Loco Media. Earlier experience includes engineering management positions at Iara Systems and BlackBerry, focusing on team management and implementation of agile methodologies. Bianca holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on Ethical Machine Learning, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's in Computer Science and Economics, respectively, all from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
