Mohamad Bazaza is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food industry. Mohamad's expertise includes managing kitchen operations, ensuring quality standards, hygiene practices, and overseeing food costs to meet company margins. Additional experience encompasses roles as Executive Chef at multiple establishments, including Garcias restaurant & pub, and Premier Leisure/ Boubess Group, as well as a Business Development Executive at Horeca Trade LLC.
