Kelita Wood, BA (Hons), MA, Assoc CIPD, has an extensive work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Recruitment Co-ordinator at Purcell, an award-winning architectural and heritage consultancy practice. In 2018, they took on the role of HR and Business Support. In 2020, they founded Kids Employability Skills and co-authored KidsTime2Play Marcia Rowe and Kelita Wood. In 2019, they became Business Manager at FACET THERAPY LTD. In 2017, they became Director Human Resources Operations at Feedmegood CIC, where they were responsible for the day to day running of the business and leading on all aspects of Human Resource Management. In 2011, they began working as an HR Officer at Habinteg Housing. In 2017, they took on the role of Parent Rep at Busy Bees Nursery, where they were the first point of contact for parents raising concerns or providing suggestions for improvement. In 2003, they began working weekends at Virgin Active. In 2010, they became an Admissions Assistant at Kingston University.
