O. Mhere is currently serving as a Purchasing Manager at the Purchasing & Procurement Center and previously held the position of Procurement Officer at the City of Mutare. With a background in purchasing, procurement, acquisitions, and contracts management, O. Mhere is pursuing a National Certificate and National Diploma at Mutare Polytechnic, expected to be completed in November 2024.
