Steven Bouffard

Steven Bouffard is a seasoned professional in the real estate and asset management sectors, currently serving as Vice President at Pure Industrial since March 2022, focusing on asset management and location strategy. Bouffard has also held the position of President of the regional advisory council at the Institut de développement urbain du Québec (IDU) from September 2021 to October 2023. Prior to these roles, Steven Bouffard was the Executive Director of Office and Industrial Leasing at Cominar REIT and served as General Manager of Commercial Operations at CAPREIT. Additional experience includes managing leasing and development at GM Développement inc. Bouffard holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMI and has degrees in business administration and accounting from UQAM and Cégep Limoilou, respectively.
