Shanon Parker

Shanon Parker is an experienced professional in children's services and workforce development, currently serving as the Children's Centre Manager at Manchester City Council since March 2022, focusing on Early Intervention and Prevention through SureStart programs. Concurrently, Shanon has been a Senior Employment Officer at Pure Innovations since June 2016, dedicated to supporting young individuals in discovering their talents and securing employment. Previous roles include Senior Employment Officer at TMBC and Workforce Development Consultant at both TMBC and SMBC, where Shanon managed multidisciplinary teams and developed unique early years programs. Shanon holds a post-graduate NPQICL leadership qualification obtained from the University of Wolverhampton in 2011.
