Kate Novello

Kate Novello has an extensive background in underwriting and sales learning & development. Kate has held various positions at PURE Insurance as Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Technical Training Manager. Prior to joining PURE Insurance, Kate worked at AIG as an Underwriting Specialist. Kate also gained experience at Chubb as a Signature Underwriter/Senior Underwriting Officer and held multiple roles from Underwriter to Regional Underwriting Manager. Kate started their career as a Producer at State Farm Insurance before transitioning into underwriting roles. Kate is a graduate of the University of Delaware.
