Jock McNeill

Jock McNeill has been involved in the real estate industry since 1999. Jock attended the University of the Pacific School of Business and Public Administration and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Currently, they are responsible for the daily operations of the management group, leasing, and sales and marketing as co-owner of Alliance Property Management. Professional affiliations include the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), California Apartment Association (CAA), and servves on the advisory board for North Coast CAA. Jock is a three time Past President of the Marin/Sonoma chapter of NARPM. In addition, they have been an instructor for the CAA-sponsored “Managing Rental Housing” series and adjunct instructor of “RE 57 – CA Property Management” at Santa Rosa Junior College and enjoys sharing their industry knowledge. Jock has received both the Master Property Manager (MPM) and Residential Management Professional (RMP) designations offered through NARPM. Candidacy requirements included several specialized classes, continued industry involvement and recommendations from both clients and peers.

Jock McNeill became the VP of Partner Relations at Pure Property Management in 2019. In this role, they are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Pure’s partners. Jock works closely with partners to ensure they are satisfied with Pure’s services and that their needs are being met. Jock also manages Pure’s partner portal and provides training to new partners on how to use the portal.

Prior to joining Pure Property Management, Jock was the CEO of True Real Estate Partners, Inc. for one year. Before that, they were a real estate broker at Triton Real Estate for two years and three months. Jock also worked as an adjunct instructor at Santa Rosa Junior College, teaching real estate and property management courses for seven years. Jock began their career in real estate as a salesperson at Lasercraft, where they worked for three years.

Jock McNeill has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Pacific from 1989-1993. They also have an education from Santa Rosa Junior College. They are a Master Property Manager from the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
