Joseph Pinto

Joe Pinto is currently serving as the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Pure Storage where Joe oversees Customer Experience through various departments. Joe also manages NPS which currently stands at an impressive 83. Additionally, Joe holds advisory and board member positions at Graphiant and Elisity respectively. Prior to their current role, Joe served as the SVP Technical Services at Cisco Systems for over two decades. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Golden Gate University.
