Madhushree Dutta

Madhushree Dutta is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR for India at Pure Storage since March 2022, Madhushree previously held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Intuit from June 2014 to February 2022, where extensive support was provided to a diverse employee base across India, the US, and Israel. Prior roles include HR Manager/Lead for APAC at Juniper Networks and positions in HR management at Ness Technologies and Microsoft. Madhushree possesses strong expertise in talent retention, organizational capability building, and the implementation of global HR initiatives, underpinned by an Executive MBA from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Master's degree from the University of Hyderabad.
