Camille Yamashita, RPm

Camille Yamashita has had a diverse work experience in the field of sourcing and recruitment. Camille began their career at Pathways as a Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist), where they focused on sourcing candidates, conducting CV screenings, and phone interviews. Camille then joined SmithMar&Co. Ltd as a Global Career Specialist, responsible for meeting with senior managers to discuss recruitment needs, building applicant sources, and determining applicant requirements. Camille then moved on to Cummins Inc., where they worked as a Sourcing Specialist in collaboration with the Manila Talent Delivery Centre. Their role involved engaging with client management, market mapping, sourcing candidates, and pre-screening. Camille subsequently joined Korn Ferry as a Talent & Sourcing Specialist, handling global opportunities and working with clients across various countries. Currently, Camille is a Sourcing Specialist at Pure Watercraft.

Camille Yamashita, RPm, holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines, which they pursued from 2018 onwards. Prior to their postgraduate studies, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Manila Tytana Colleges from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Camille Yamashita has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they achieved the Civil Service Professional Level from the Civil Service Commission and also passed the Psychometrician Board Examination conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission. Furthermore, in 2012, they received the Civil Service Sub-Professional certification from the Civil Service Commission.
