Alexa Napolitan

Alexa Napolitan is an accomplished professional in client experience and marketing with extensive experience in the automotive and educational sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Client Experience at PureCars since April 2024, Alexa previously held various roles at Dealer Inspire from October 2020 to April 2024, including Supervisor of Enterprise Accounts and Senior Performance Manager of Major Accounts. At Balise Motor Sales, from February 2015 to March 2020, Alexa worked as Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications Coordinator, and Content Specialist, overseeing marketing operations, digital strategies, and content production across multiple dealership locations. Alexa began a writing career as a Contributing Writer for Saint Anselm College and also freelanced for Reminder Publications. Alexa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Saint Anselm College and has an educational background that includes attendance at Deerfield Academy and East Longmeadow High School.
