Nicole Lowry

Nicole Lowry, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at PureCars since January 2022, Nicole previously held multiple roles at Paychex from April 2016 to January 2022, including Human Resources Consultant and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Manager position at IBEX | Global and a series of roles at Sears Holdings Corporation from October 2007 to April 2013. Nicole obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Youngstown State University between 2007 and 2011.
