Ashley True has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Ashley is currently working as an Assistant General Counsel at PureCycle Technologies since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Lumen Technologies as an Associate General Counsel specializing in Corporate Governance & Transactions from December 2019 to March 2022.
In 2019, Ashley had multiple roles, including Temporary Counsel at Avondale Marine from April to July, and Interim Securities & Governance Counsel at U.S. Silica Company from January to April.

Ashley True has a diverse education history. In 1992, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Louisiana State University. Following this, from 1995 to 1998, they pursued their Juris Doctor degree at Tulane University Law School, where they focused on the study of Law. Most recently, in 2021, Ashley attended the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law for Executive Education, obtaining a certificate in Sustainable Capitalism and ESG. Additionally, they received a certification in Sustainable Capitalism & ESG Online in September 2021 from Berkeley Law Executive Education.
