Brad Kalter is an experienced attorney with a diverse work history. Brad currently serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at PureCycle Technologies since January 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of General Counsel, CLO, and Secretary at UPC Insurance from February 2019 to January 2021. With over 16 years of experience at Exide Technologies, Brad held the role of Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. During their tenure, they were responsible for managing legal issues for global regions, overseeing SEC filings, and leading M&A activities. Before joining Exide Technologies, Brad worked as General Counsel at Cotton States Insurance Group, where they handled various legal matters and served as a corporate representative to trade lobbying groups. Brad started their career as an Associate at Fellows, Johnson & LaBriola LLP, and later transitioned to Lord, Bissell & Brook, where they focused on insurance coverage litigation and provided legal analysis to London-based insurers. Throughout their career, Brad has demonstrated their expertise in corporate law, litigation, and insurance matters.

Brad Kalter attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communications. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the Emory University School of Law to pursue a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
