Gordon Lucas

Gordon Lucas has extensive work experience in the technology and digital industry. Gordon has held various leadership positions in companies such as PureGym, Costa Coffee, Whitbread, Momentum Digital Solutions, and Embarcadero Technologies. Gordon'sroles have included Group Software Engineering Director, Global Digital Technology Director, Digital Delivery Manager, DTL/Agile Coach, Digital Delivery Practice Lead, Acting Director of PMO, Program Lead, and Program Manager. Throughout their career, Gordon has been responsible for managing digital initiatives, leading agile methodologies, coaching and mentoring teams, and ensuring successful delivery of digital solutions. Gordon has also been involved in bid management, project metrics, customer satisfaction, and fostering agile adoption. Gordon's expertise spans various domains, including software engineering, digital technology, and agile project management.
