Gaurav Khurana

Gaurav Khurana has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, holding various executive-level positions. Gaurav is currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at PureHealth since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Aster Hospitals UAE from October 2019 to December 2023. Gaurav has also held roles such as Vice President of Operations at Rainbow Children's Hospitals, General Manager and Director at Max Healthcare, General Manager at Columbia Asia Hospitals, and General Manager of Strategy and Operations at Apollo Hospitals. Gaurav began their career as a Business Analyst at Dell and then worked as a Consultant in corporate strategy and process improvement. Gaurav has a strong background in operations, strategic planning, and process improvement within the healthcare sector.

Gaurav Khurana holds a Master's Degree in Management from the University of the West of Scotland, obtained in 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Panjab University in 2003. Gaurav also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Panjab University, which they obtained in 2001. Gaurav Khurana completed their high school education in Commerce and Maths at Bishop Cotton School in Shimla, India, from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Gaurav Khurana has obtained various certifications, including Balance Scorecard from eXample Consulting Group, Business Process Improvement (Yellow Belt and Champion) from Dell, Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Dell.
