Brian Butcher

As SVP, Talent and HR, Brian is responsible for all aspects of our human resources strategy, including talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits. He works closely with the Senior Leadership Team and our equity investors to ensure we continue to build a culture that attracts, retains and develops the best team. Brian has over 25 years of experience with organizations such as FLEETCOR, ADP, The RightThing and Merck and has had broad exposure to many facets of Human Capital Management, operations and strategy. His 'Hands-on' domestic and global experience has led to the development and execution of talent transformation strategies that make businesses more competitive in the market and supported their aggressive growth goals.
