Paulina L. has a diverse range of work experience. Paulina started their career as an Administrative Professional at Norman Benett, where they provided administrative support, prepared presentations, and managed business documentation. Paulina then worked as a Front of House Receptionist at Za Za Bazaar before moving on to Newcastle International Airport, where they completed a placement. Paulina gained supervisor experience at Harry's Catering Ltd. and Jesmond Dene House. At Bombay Palace, they served as an Assistant General Manager, communicating with the head chef and ensuring a safe working environment. Paulina then joined The Gate as an HR & Training Manager, responsible for building the HR department and managing over 120 employees. Paulina later became a General Manager, overseeing daily operations, sales, HR, and events. Paulina worked as an HR Manager at SIMPLE Health Kitchen before joining Purezza as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, and Operations Manager (maternity cover).
