Pete Kemery

Pete Kemery is an experienced outdoor and emergency services professional with a diverse background in wilderness medicine and safety training. Currently serving as the Owner and Lead Instructor at Creeks to Peaks Rescue Education since June 2020, Pete delivers engaging Wilderness First Aid and Wilderness First Responder courses in the southwest. Additionally, Pete works as a Ski Patrol member at Purgatory Resort, ensuring the safety of mountain guests, and as an EMT-B and Rescue Tech with the Silverton-San Juan County Ambulance Association. Other roles include Lead Instructor at AdventureMed, Lead Instructor and Instructor Trainer at Base Medical, and guiding for various outdoor adventure companies, including Mountain Waters Rafting & Adventure Company and Snowmobile Adventures. Pete Kemery's educational foundation was established at Temple University.
