Manas Girdhar

Manas Girdhar has a combined work experience of more than 9 years. Manas started their career at ONS Interactive as a Junior Software Developer in October 2012. During their time there, they developed software programs using various programming languages like Java, PHP, and HTML5 for different devices and operating systems.

In June 2015, Manas joined Purple as a Software Developer. Manas worked on adding and fixing various features in the system, utilizing technologies such as PHP, Symfony, Swoole, and jQuery. Their responsibilities included working on the user management system, access control layers, and integrating the system with 3rd party platforms like Salesforce and Mailchimp.

Currently, Manas holds the role of Senior Software Developer Team Lead at Purple. Manas manages a team of over 20 offshore developers who specialize in indoor real-time location services. They leverage technologies like React, C#. Net, GCP products, and Google Maps to deliver a scalable and robust framework. This framework uses Bluetooth beacons and tags to locate assets and guide users from source to destination inside venues.

Overall, Manas Girdhar has gained extensive experience in software development, team management, and integration with external platforms throughout their career.

Manas Girdhar completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications in Computer Science from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education in 2010-2014. Manas then pursued an Msc in Software Engineering from The University of Salford from 2014-2016.
