Rebecca Noren MS, RDN has a diverse work experience in the culinary and nutrition industries. Rebecca began their career in 2012 as an Intern at the Jewish Federation of Ann Arbor and a Food Safety Consultant at JAB Produce. In 2014, they were a Nutrition Center Volunteer at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and a Graduate Intern at Sargent Choice Nutrition Center. In 2015, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Boston University. In 2016, they were a Dietetic Intern at Emerson Hospital and Franciscan Children's, and a Director of Communications and Culinary Producer and Culinary Marketing Manager at Ming East-West, LLC. In 2020, they became the Director of Product, Partnership & Nutrition at MingsBings, and in 2021 they were appointed as Senior Culinary Manager at Purple Carrot.
Rebecca Noren MS, RDN has a comprehensive educational background. Rebecca obtained their Bachelor of Arts in International Studies- Global Health from the University of Michigan in 2013. Rebecca also attended Wells College in 2012, although no degree or field of study was obtained. In 2016, they completed their Master of Science (M.S.) in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Boston University. In addition, Rebecca obtained their Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in September 2016.
