Julie Long

Julie Long is an experienced GIS professional currently serving as a Senior GIS Analyst at Purple Land Management since May 2022, where responsibilities include preparing specialty maps and collaborating with project managers and clients. Previously, Julie held the position of GIS Analyst at Crestone Peak Resources from February 2018 to November 2021, contributing to mapping and analysis for business development and managing data for acquired assets. Julie's career also includes roles as GIS Analyst III and Analyst II GIS at CNX Land LLC and CNX Land, respectively, where mapping and analysis for potential deals was a key focus. Earlier experience as a CAD Technician at CNX Gas Company involved creating project maps for gas fields, and initial work as a Student Draftsman included map creation for CBM gas fields. Julie holds an Associate’s Degree in Engineering and Drafting with CAD from Penn Commercial Business/Technical School.
