Rui Luz

Rui Luz is the Founder and Managing Partner at pur'ple - purpose by people since March 2018, bringing extensive experience in leadership roles within Korn Ferry from September 1999 to January 2018, where Rui served as Country Managing Partner, Market Leader for Portugal, Head of Consulting for Portugal, and in various other capacities. Rui also contributed as a Supervisory Board Member of the Alumni Club at Nova School of Business and Economics from September 2017 to November 2020, focusing on alumni engagement strategies. Rui's early career includes positions as an Accounting Specialist at IAPMEI, I.P. and an Accounting Assistant at Crédito Agrícola, following the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics between 1994 and 1999.
