Anuradha Patil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and operations. Currently serving as the CEO of Purple Squirrel Consulting Services since May 2017 and as a Partner at IPTER since August 2020, Anuradha has demonstrated a strong capability in managing recruitment cycles, strategic client planning, and team leadership. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at RESOURCE, where domestic and international recruitment was managed, and Head of Operations at Spark Solvents, overseeing international trading of commodities. Anuradha's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Marketing from PIMSR and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Bhavan's College.
