Throughout their career, Phil has held titles such as Operations Manager, Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer, Electrical & Instrument Engineer, and Instrument Foreman. Currently, Phil manages a team of engineers, focusing on increasing efficiencies and reducing costs. Phil's educational background includes attending Heathfield Community School from 1979 to 1984.
