Aaron Allen

Aaron Allen is an accomplished Operations Manager with extensive experience in leading teams and managing projects in various industries. Currently at Purple since February 2023, Allen previously served as Operations Manager II at Amazon from September 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included team mentoring, project leadership, and collaboration with support teams to meet business objectives. Prior to Amazon, Allen worked as Quality Assurance Manager at Keen Transport, focusing on improving quality standards and operational efficiency, and held a Warehouse Supervisor position at Quality Edge. Aaron Allen's foundational leadership skills began in the US Army, where military service included promotion to Sergeant and receipt of the Army Commendation Medal for exemplary performance. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a diploma in Automotive Engineering Technology from Savannah Technical College.
