Theodore Abbott

Theodore Abbott has a diverse work experience, starting with their current roles as a Technical Project Lead at PurpleSector and McLaren Racing, both of which they began in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Meggitt from 2017 to 2022, where they held various positions including Project Manager & Data Analyst in the Programme Management Office, Project Manager for the VentilatorChallengeUK consortium, Project Manager & Data Analyst in Central Programme Management Reporting, Manufacturing Engineer, Lead Design Engineer, and Research and Development Engineer. Before joining Meggitt, Theodore served as the President of the ACSE Society and Senior STEM Champion at The University of Sheffield from 2014 to 2017. In these roles, they demonstrated leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for promoting STEM fields.

Theodore Abbott obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Systems and Control Engineering from The University of Sheffield, completing their studies from 2013 to 2017.
