Maria Martinez

Maria Martinez possesses a strong background in education and project management, currently serving as a Quaker Voluntary Service Fellow at Purpose Built Schools since September 2021. Previous roles include Project Associate and Operations Associate at Understood from November 2019 to April 2021, as well as a University Hall Presidential Intern at Brown University in 2018. Maria also gained experience as an Information Technology Student at Brown University from June 2016 to August 2017. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science and Contemplative Studies from Brown University, earned in 2018, and a high school diploma from Deerfield Academy, completed in 2014, Maria’s educational journey underscores a commitment to cognitive understanding and educational equity.
