Shannon John Gomes

Shannon John Gomes is an experienced IT Systems Analyst currently employed at Purpose Investments since December 2019. In this role, Shannon assists senior executives and various staff members, implementing and managing IT projects to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, monitoring corporate ticketing systems, managing IT policies, deploying enterprise applications, performing system maintenance, and providing remote support. Previously, Shannon worked as a Technology Analyst II at CI Investments Inc. and as a Systems Analyst at B+H Architects, gaining extensive knowledge in hardware and software support, network configuration, and data management. Shannon holds an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Computer Engineering from Seneca Polytechnic.
