Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store offering organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also holds a position as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a Nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and was a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history. Mariana obtained a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México and completed a diploma in Business Administration and Management at Universidad Anahuac Online.
